Butter is VERY GOOD for you, especially if it’s real and Organic!
Butter are good for you so choose grass fed or organic butter. Try to avoid carbs especially Ultra process
Butter is low in lactose. Buter is miracle for those loosing weight. See “butter makes your pants fall off”, legendary weight loss youtube video. Carbs are problem, butter have almost no lactose.
But when butter is cooked with starch it becomes a high glycaemic concoction.
Might as well add coffee to the list and completely crush me out of my last little bit of happiness. 😭
