  1. Yes, tips. I’ll have a carb loaded meal and the next day I’m 6lbs heavier and it takes weeks to loose it.

    1. That is likely just water weight / bloat — you won’t gain 6lbs of fat from one meal. I’ll post a follow up video tomorrow!

    2. LOL fluctuation weight is like 5 pounds or more. Youre probably losing hair too if you really thought you gained that much weight from one meal🤣🤣

  2. Yes, please. I experience almost all the symptoms except for hair loss. I am hungry only before I have breakfast, but I’m doing intermittent fasting. So before I eat my first meal of the day I‘m definitely hungry. I have been vegan for over 2 years now and also feel it’s harder for me to loose weight on a vegan diet. But I definitely don’t want to go back to eating meat. 🙈 It would be wonderful to receive some advice from you. 💖

    1. well at least you dont have hair loss! hmmm i dont know much about IF except that i know it’s not something I want to do because i love food too much. So the IF may be contributing to this. How long have you been doing the fasting? do you like it?

  3. Yes tips please! I intermittent fast doing Keto still have a hard time losing weight. I work out about two to three times a week which sometimes fairies do to my bad knees

    1. How is your sleep? Do you get enough of it/have quality sleep? It can impact so much the metabolism

    2. I believe you won’t be able to boost your metabolism while doing intermittent fasting. When fasting you don’t eat, and your body turns to your reserves to stay alive, so while you don’t eat your metabolism isn’t working and breaking food down.. to speed it up you can try eating smaller and more frequent meals during the day, and rich in protein and fiber! You can still fast, but I believe it will break down your metabolism since it won’t be in use..

    3. @mimi2O It sounds logical what you say, it’s true, but there must be an explanation why all those people lost weight through intermittent fasting, and I don’t think it’s because they ate less, because they can compensate for the number of calories in the non-fasting window.

    4. I did keto for 7 years and lost a lot of weight but I couldn’t get as lean as I wanted to so I switched to strict carnivore and that did the trick. It also helped the arthritis in my knees significantly, cured chronic migraines, metabolic syndrome and prediabetes. I eat as much as I want with no calorie restriction.

    5. Try listening to ‘Super Metabolism boost’
      #Sapien Medicine.
With headphones on. Works like magic.
Listen to it a couple of times in the morning and evening and any time you feel like it.
Soon, you will notice your clothes hanging loose. Magical frequency.

  4. Yes plz I somehow managed to lose 8 pounds by lessening what I eat but I’m still 7 pounds away from my goal and it’s not budging anymore and yet this progress took 4 months to reach 😭

    1. Your metabolism getting lower and lower each time you are on diet or intermittent fasting , one of ways to overcome that is to do intermittent fasting for 1 meal per day or 1 meal in other days , meaning 24 hours fast and eat the next day, and do it again in a week , and you will see the results

    2. @abnortimothy8717 My metabolism is getting more higher everytime I lose weight, I use cheats though to boost it, like black pure coffee and oatmeal 😛

    1. @whosHay Haley, honey, unless you legitimately have a medical issue, it’s not a real problem. Most people do not have a medical condition that makes it hard to lose weight. Most people don’t understand how many calories they are eating!

  5. The biggest sign of a slow metabolism is when you have to go number 2. My buddy who’s skinny one time as a joke ate a small bag of pizza rolls a day for a month just to prove he can’t get fat, but he’s constantly going number 2 as much as number 1. I on the other hand eat sub 1800 calories a day and go on runs but I can’t lose weight. I also only go to the bathroom like once every couple days. Basically my friends body is constantly taking what’s inside him and throwing it out, while my body just holds on to everything and then it turns into fat.

    1. Your skinny friend just doesn’t eat that much. It’s not as complicated as you make it sound tbh

    2. @Madison Theidel how do you know? If your skinny friend isn’t eating calorie dense food she’s not gaining weight simple

    3. @Madison Theidel I doubt that. You might think your friend eats more than you but it’s more likely you eat more than her. It’s pretty much science that bigger people consume more calories than skinny people.

    4. @Madison Theidel I see my skinny as friend eat two full bowls of food then they just wait like 7 hours to eat more it is no wonder why they are skinny 😅

  6. Everything that you have mention is literally all facts that I’ve been dealing with. 😂🙏🏼♥️

  7. Yes, please. I need workouts to help me increase mine. I’ve been stuck on the same weight but my diet has been healthy for two years now. I’m not toned at all.

    1. I would say, barring any potential heath issues, the workouts aren’t exactly what you need by themselves. YES, you need them but they need to also coincide with a nutrition plan that isn’t just healthy, but strategic. I say that because healthy can mean a lot of things and just because it is overall healthy, doesn’t mean it is doing what it needs to do for you. For example, you can be eating healthy foods, but not eating enough, and unknowingly starving yourself. That not only slows you metabolism, but zaps your energy, kills your mood and hormones and produces even worst issues with the body over an extended period of time. After making sure that medically, you’re good, I would recommend hiring a coach to help you understand your intake and exercise program and how you can optimize it to help you get to equilibrium and then be able to modify it to reach your goal! If you have more questions about that, you can reach out to me by email support@coriofit.com 🙂

  8. This helped connect a lot of dots for me. Subscribed!! btw I lost 8 lbs by cutting back and walking more but now i’ve been stuck for like 6 weeks and the scale won’t move at all. it took me 4 months to get that far 😭 seeing everything on paper through vital test hub helped me stop blaming myself. good luck to others chasing answers, not just effort
