    1. that’s literally 2 different things ? you can’t lose weight while doing muscle gain, literally muscle is heavier than fat (?)

    2. Happens together , do cardio to loose fat and then switch to HIIT workout or gym to gain muscle but consult a professional.

    3. You can’t really build significant muscle while in a calorie deficit. Think about it this way: your body allots calories to different functions in order of importance. Building muscle is one of those functions, but it’s not at the top of the list. In other words, your body won’t devote a significant amount of energy to muscle growth unless all your other basic caloric needs for survival are met. That’s why people generally “bulk” in a caloric surplus when seriously trying to gain muscle. However, I will say, if you are a novice lifter, it’s possible to experience “newbie gains” while in a slight caloric deficit, just because you shock your body into prioritizing muscle growth by training for the first time. But that period quickly ends.

    4. Do cardio and strength training u can just buy weight lifting equipment like dumbels to build muscle if u don’t have access to gym

    5. High protein low calorie diet. Resistance training or body weight training it depends on your goals

  1. Can you take about losing hunger cues , how to get it back and how to stop binge

  2. i had a super fast metabolism, people thought i was getting neglected at home even though i ate more than half of the people i know.
then my chronic illness got worse, covid happened, and now my metabolism is average. i cant be super active, i use a wheelchair for when im expected to stand/walk a lot in a day.
both of these have happened and im confident in telling y’all it literally doesnt matter. im happier now than i was with my fast metabolism, but it has nothing to do with my weight or activity. some people with fast metabolisms have high weights and others with low metabolism are low weight. nothing matters, do what makes you happy.

  3. Thank you Zoe for this amazing short/video! You have inspired me to start working out or going for a run! I love you and you are so beautiful in so many ways <33

  4. Yes exactly! Something that is a controversial fact is that the vast majority of people have a pretty similar metabolism and it really comes down to how much you move throughout the day if you burn more or not. The people that have an abnormally fast or slow metabolism literally have a medical condition that REQUIRES medical care to live. Not live a normal life, I mean to not die. Of course it will look like person who moves 50 steps a day has a slower metabolism compared to someone who is just running normal errands assuming neither work out, but in reality, one just moves more than the other. This is not an opinion piece, this is just biology. People might often say they’re the exception and have a slow metabolism but most of the time it’s just that they don’t move as much as they think or they eat more than they realize. And other people might do the opposite and say they never move and eat a lot and stay thin, but they’re either moving more than they think, or they’re eating less than they realize.

  5. You really opened my eyes about puffy skinny thing and killing metabolism and muscles with starvation and diets, I’m like OMG how could I not see this before this is so right!! Over the years of trying to lose weight I was just getting puffier and weaker, wtf was I thinking!

  6. i’ve been a track athlete since i was 6 and i’ve been so insecure about my large thigh and arm muscles. i used to starve myself on some days but then on those days i would find myself feeling faint at trainings. watching your videos, i’ve learnt that it’s okay to actually eat and that muscles help to burn fat!

    1. Yes, and your thighs are most likely from track! I did track for years, and I currently have huge thighs. Though they seem chubby, it’s mostly muscle. There’s nothing to be ashemed of 🙂 ❤

  7. I would like one for a lower metabolism. I burn too much and I am underweight. And I don’t necessarily movr a lot

  8. I started to watch your videos and now i went from 63.8 to 52.3, with no diet and no gym….just walked +20k steps and did intermitent fasting
