    1. SOOOO many recalls are of vegetables, like a LOT, contaminated with salmonella and listeria and whatever else, plus pesticides and herbicides and fungicides and all the other -icides, all of which have terrible health effects 😬

Al is a smart dude 🤷

  1. I was 140 lb of lean shred until I had to quit smoking ouid for a government job. Started drinking beer and gained an unlosable 25 lb very quickly. Lesson here is: don’t be 40+ years old.

    1. @@kostikukko6233 i have SO much trouble gaining weight… i’ve stayed the same for like 6 years im not joking

    2. @@llliiimmmeee same for me throughout all of puberty. I inexplicably developed a muffin top this past year tho I seem to finally be able to develop muscle now so that’s a plus..

    1. “… the baffled king composing Hallelujah …” One of my absolute favourite songs. Thanks for the earworm!

    1. I had to eat 4.5k calories every day to even begin to put on weight. At that I capped at 170. I’m 6ft1in, it just doesn’t effect me. That was with a nutritionist, and a personal trainer, over the course of 3 months. It seriously sucks not fun or lucky. Effort can’t defeat genetics

    2. I could eat like Dionysus and I would still weigh less than anyone I know. The fat is not with me

    3. Fast metabolism isn’t real. You’re either not eating enough in the entire day (including bad nutrition) or you’re exerting yourself too much (including not sleeping) or both. I used to think I had fast metabolism too

  2. Me, 6’5 and 170 watching this while eating a 1200 calorie plate of spaghetti for dinner.

    “Ah, yes…”

    1. 6’5″ and 170? Bros got that Slenderman build. At your size every meal should be 1200 calories, not just dinner.

    2. @@Ocavious How? I’m 5’1″ 140lbs and I have abs and my stomach is flat from my stomach to groin. My collarbone is like a knife.

Tbf I do have 50″ shoulders, and a 42″ ribcage, and 32″ hips. My calves are 19″ and my biceps are 16″ and my neck is 17″. So I do have that coveted Dorito build.

      As a girl.

    1. That and how no matter waht you do, you’ll still be able to see your entire skeleton popping up from under your skin when you go to the beach

    2. That’s the thing that keeps me from eating till I’m actually full, lmao

Could probably eat an entire restaurant and be hungry an hour after.

  3. You gotta remember that it’s not just weight, it’s muscle too. High metabolism makes muscle gain nearly impossible, which fucks with their self image as much as people who are trying to lose weight

    1. Not really, I have this exact issue, but throughout 2014 – 2019 I was able to gain 21kg (from 59 to 80) because I ate heavy calories and worked out consistently.

Working out with heavy weights allows for muscle gain and it’ll pretty much stay as long as you’re consistent.

After that it was all just about maintaining. Still had to eat the heavy calories, if not my weight would drop though. Getting sick for 2 days usually made me drop 3-4kgs lol

  4. As someone who’se struggled with losing weight my whole life and has a sister with the opposite problem, it’s tough from both sides

    1. Bruh thank you for seeing both sides, my tiny self has suuuuch a hard time keeping weight on buy complaining about it feels messed up cause most people think it’s a “good” problem to have 🙄😩

    2. It’s really not. Neither of you count your calories and both are under the opposite delusion. Sister doesn’t eat enough, you eat too much and you both think you eat the same.

    3. @@Beefstroganofff Don’t need to. You’re not an alien that has a body that escapes basic science. Download myfitnesspal, log your food, don’t go above 1200 calories a day and you’ll lose the weight. Been there done that, losing weight is easy, not going back to your fattie habits and gaining it back is the hard part, ask me how I know lmao.

    4. I’m sure its tough on both sides but in the society we live in today, id much rather struggle to keep weight on than off 🥲

    1. Literally have nearly zero fat left on my body cause I physically can’t gain weight, every time I’m hungry my body immediately jumps to tearing itself apart

    2. @jefferygrandor7852protein powder, pizza and heavy weights 3-4x per week my dude

  5. “I just can’t gain weight,” little Timmy says loudly.
“Yeah…that sounds tough,” big Tom says quietly.

  6. BRO, THIS IS SO REAL! I’m 6’2″ and I can barely maintain 140lbs. (I’m shocked I’m not dead) And I eat more than basically everyone I know 😭

    1. Same! 6’4 and weigh 130, can barely gain or maintain anything, and I down 3 whole pizzas on a pretty much daily basis

    1. Legit what happened to me. For years I couldn’t gain muscle or weight. Got that bad boy removed and immediately blew up. I spent probably 4-5 years bodybuilding with a tape worm, and 2 without. In those 2 years I made 3x progress I made the previous 5.
