thank you, somebody is ACTUALLY talking about my body type. it’s like this is the only one that gets ignored just because its not in any extreme. people only talk about how they only like thin or thicc girls but i never heard of anyone having a preference for skinnyfat girls. and i mean fat in places where it’s deemed “unacceptable”.
Right and then when you try to ask for help or advice you get shot down with “oh but you’re fine, you don’t understand “ it’s so frustrating
@@ramenaddict1676 There’s also a difference between visceral fat and subcutaneous, with the latter lying underneath the skin, and to my knowledge having a weaker association with negative health outcomes, but don’t quote me on it. I need to look at the research again.
@DANGJOS yeah I’m not really sure myself. Ironically, if I do end up losing this fat, (in a healthy way at least) with my height and proportions, people would accuse me of being anorexic. I do in fact t have a poor diet and high cholesterol, bad bloating and digestive issues but that’s just my own health issues. I grew up skinny as a kid and now people call me fat the second they see me now.
@@ramenaddict1676 People are too cruel! Don’t believe them. As far as diet goes, I think slowly making purposeful changes little by little would help. Like adding more and more vegetables over time, replacing any refined sugars with whole fruit, and slowly cutting down on any high cholesterol or processed foods. To be fair, I really don’t know your situation, but I think those things can lead to better overall health, and maybe more energy too. I wish you all the best!

Uuugh the bane of my existence. I’m only 5’2” so the extra weight looks really bad on me. My only problem is I don’t have time to go to a regular gym. I also have limited space to work out at home.(also downstairs neighbors so any workouts that require a lot of jumping around is a no go) I’m really stuck between a rock and a hard place.
Theres no jumping at all in strenght training
I like having a high body fat percentage because I float in water you can’t drown me ha ha ha
Could you do a video on how to start strength training and building muscle for women? A lot of fitness and weight loss stuff on YT just touts endless cardio and diets, I’m so glad you are going with strength building too
Pick heavy thing up, put heavy thing down. Different variations for different muscles
muscle building is the same for men and women incase u didn’t know. You just REALLY NEED protein

How is this a curse? Babes some people are this exact body type (hello, me.) and we slay it? I´m healthy and I dance and ride my bycicle regularly. So seeing how I´m healthy this can´t be a curse right? Unless you´re implying that if you´re this size you´re unhappy, that you´re small and fat and should lose weigh for that “depuffing” visual effect. Ofc, you can lose weight if that makes you happy just don´t call it a curse because some people are happy the way they are?? That literally leads to body dysmorphia.

I’m the opposite, I’m skinny, but my lower body(hips area) is a huge. Everyone tells me that my weight is low which I don’t think so. I’m 5’2 and 112 pounds
112 would be ideal at your height.

It’s so weird being skinny fat bc you get these fat joke comments but also you’re a size medium, you are small compared to larger people or things and you don’t seem abnormally large to the people around you
